Blanco White
Peace, happiness and space: Blanco White's music is characterised by this spectrum of emotions. English-Welsh songwriting forms the foundation of his art, while Andalusian-Latin American traditions give it wings. Blanco White studied Spanish literature and music. He was a pupil of jazz and flamenco guitarist Nono García. White went to Bolivia to learn the charango, a ten-sided lute instrument. It is precisely this different pulse of his compositions that leads us to a completely different perception. In 2020, the subtle musician released his debut album On the Other Side and has been a welcome guest at festivals around the world ever since.Go back
